Highest body between congresses
Approves general policy, oversees the Political–Executive Board, and handles major decisions between congresses.
Political and executive body
Serves as the organization’s official spokesperson and coordinates operational plans within adopted policies.
Independent review body
Reviews complaints and disputes within its statutory remit, with appeals available to the Supreme Council.
Foundational organizational units
Provide the setting for membership, delegate selection, participation, and ongoing organizational relationships.
Specialist and operational arms
Organization and finance, media and public relations, human rights, international affairs, women and gender equality, joint projects, and political affairs.
Any Iranian or person of Iranian descent may join by accepting Sepehr’s charter and statute and meeting the obligations of membership.
Members may vote and stand for office, express their views freely, and submit objections or complaints to the Arbitration Board; the statute sets experience requirements for certain offices.
